Autonomous AI agents vs copy trading

DXAP is for directing your own Hyperliquid agent with a strategy and configured limits. Copy trading follows another trader’s activity. Choose according to whose decision process you want to run and what you need to inspect.

Who originates the decision

A directed agent considers your instructions and available market context. A copy workflow starts with another account’s action and attempts to reproduce it under the copying setup. With DXAP, you can ask how your strategy affected the agent’s decision instead of inferring intent from another wallet’s trades.

Control the process you actually own

In DXAP, strategy preferences guide reasoning while configured policy limits constrain execution. Copying a wallet can reproduce an action without reproducing its portfolio, timing or rationale. Define whether you want another trader’s signals or a decision process you can explain and revise.

Choose the review you need

DXAP records agent turns, including decisions to wait. This helps you review the process rather than only a list of copied fills. Its focus is an independently directed agent, not a mirror-trading service. Fees are 2.5 bps on executed agent volume, without a subscription or separate model charge. Alpha access requires a referral code.

Put it into practice

Decision exercise: do you want to follow a particular trader, or express a thesis of your own? If it is your thesis, write down how you will review the agent’s interpretation and which limits belong in settings.

Questions about this workflow

Does DXAP mirror a selected wallet?

DXAP is not a copy-trading service. It runs an agent directed by your strategy within configured limits.

Can I inspect decisions where no trade happened?

DXAP records no-trade turns as well as trading turns, so you can review why the agent waited.
