AI trading without a monthly subscription

DXAP has no monthly subscription or separate model bill. It charges 0.025% of volume executed by your agent on Hyperliquid. That makes the software bill depend on trading activity, not merely keeping an account open.

Published by DXAP, a product of DX Research Group. Updated September 13, 2026.

Calculate on executed volume

The fee is 2.5 basis points, or $0.25 per $1,000 executed. A $1,000 entry followed by a $1,000 exit is $2,000 of volume and $0.50 in DXAP fees. It is not a percentage of deposited capital or trading profit. Repeated turnover can make volume much larger than the account balance.

Keep venue costs separate

Hyperliquid trading fees and perpetual funding are separate from the DXAP charge. Execution price also affects the result. A no-subscription product is not free trading, and a fixed subscription can be cheaper at some volumes depending on the other platform’s fee schedule.

Compare an ordinary month

Estimate your expected executed volume, then add every platform charge and venue cost separately. DXAP software costs are $2.50 at $10,000 volume, $25 at $100,000 and $250 at $1 million. Those are arithmetic examples, not forecasts of how much your agent will trade.

Put it into practice

Cost worksheet: expected executed volume × 0.00025 = DXAP fee. Add Hyperliquid execution fees and funding separately. Compare that total with any alternative’s subscription, usage credits and transaction fees.

Questions about this workflow

Is there an extra charge for DXAP model calls?

No. DXAP does not add a separate model charge to its 2.5 bps executed-volume fee.

Does a losing trade still incur a fee?

Yes. The DXAP fee is based on executed volume, not whether a trade is profitable.
